– In order to ensure we have accurate and complete information for your event ALL bookings must go through our online scheduling system.
– A prepayment of 50% of the total price is REQUIRED to reserve your date/time slot, the remaining 50% is due before the event.
– If the online scheduling system is not showing your preferred time slot on the date you have selected, unfortunately it has been booked and is no longer available. Prime/weekend time slots for our video game truck typically fill up at least a month in advance so for that reason we recommend that you book your event as early as possible.
– If you are outside of our 60 mile service area DO NOT just go ahead and book your event anyway. You will need to speak with us to see whether or not we are able to accommodate your event as well as what the additional charges will be if we are able to accommodate.
– After the booking and payment process is complete a confirmation email with the details of your reservation will be sent and you should receive it soon after. If you do not receive the email within a few hours check your junk/spam folder.
